- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups vegetable broth
Equipment:

Method:
- Rinse wild rice thoroughly in cold water and drain.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell peppers and sauté until tender.
- Add thyme, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt to the pan and stir well.
- Add the wild rice to the pan and stir until coated with the spice mixture.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
