- 3 cups of water
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)

Method
Follow these steps to make the claypot chicken rice using a rice cooker:- Rinse the rice in a bowl until the water runs clear. Drain and set aside.

- Close the lid of the rice cooker and press the cook button. Let it cook for 20-25 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the liquid has been absorbed.
- Once done, remove the lid and give the rice a good stir. Sprinkle the chopped scallions on top.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- You can use any vegetables of your choice in this dish.
