- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Method
- Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the garlic and onion and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

- Add the cooked jasmine rice and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Add the shredded crab meat and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until heated through.

- Remove from heat and serve hot.
