- Oil for frying
- 2 cups cooked Japanese rice
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Method
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sake, ginger, and garlic. 2. Add the chicken to the bowl and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes. 3.
