- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp grated coconut
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste

Method
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, and peanuts.
- Once the mustard seeds start to pop, add cashews and raisins.
- Add sesame seeds and grated coconut and roast until golden brown.
- Add tamarind paste and salt and cook for a few minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Add the cooked rice and mix well.
- Cook for a few more minutes until the rice is heated through.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
