Method

  1. Soak the glutinous rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  3. Heat the wok or frying pan over medium-high heat and add the Chinese sausage, shiitake mushrooms, and dried shrimp. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
