Method
- Rinse the brown rice under cold water.
- In a large pot, bring the rice and water to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for 30 minutes.

- Let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a blender and blend on high until completely smooth.
- Place a fine mesh strainer over a large bowl and pour the mixture through the strainer. Use a spoon to press the liquid through the strainer and discard the solids.
- Pour the strained liquid back into the blender and blend again for a few seconds to ensure a smooth consistency.
- Store the chocolate rice milk in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Shake or stir the milk before serving as it can separate when stored.
