- 2 cups vegetable broth

- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large pot, combine the wild rice and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
- While the rice is cooking, spread the chopped pecans on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned and fragrant.
