Ingredients

Method

Push the rice and vegetables to one side of the skillet. 5. Crack the eggs into the empty side of the skillet and scramble them until fully cooked. 6. Mix the scrambled eggs with the rice and vegetables. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chicken Manchurian: 1. Cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate with ginger paste, garlic paste, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, red chili powder, sugar, and salt. 2. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. 3. Add chopped onion and bell pepper and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. 4. Add marinated chicken and stir-fry until fully cooked. 5. Serve the Chicken Manchurian on top of the Fried Rice.
