For the Garlic Fried Rice:- 3 cups cooked rice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 strips of bacon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour

Method
1. Cook the bacon until crispy and set aside.2. In a frying pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the cooked rice and mix well. Set aside.
4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
5. In the same frying pan, scramble the eggs until cooked. Set aside.
