Method

Follow the below steps to make Brinji rice.
  1. Wash the Basmati rice and soak it for 20-30 minutes.

  9. Once the rice is cooked, add mint leaves and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  10. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  11. Brinji rice is ready to serve.
