- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
- Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven or large soup pot over medium heat.
