Description

Bibingkang Malagkit is a popular Filipino rice cake made with glutinous rice, coconut milk, and sugar. This sweet and sticky dessert is often topped with latik, a sweet coconut curd. Traditionally, it is cooked in a clay pot over charcoal, but this recipe uses a rice cooker to make it easier and more convenient.
