- 1 pound minced chicken
- 2 cups basmati rice

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Method
- Wash the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and fry for a minute.
- Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Fry until the onions are golden brown.
- Add tomatoes, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add minced chicken and cook until it is browned and cooked through.
- Add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.
- Drain the rice and add it to the pot. Stir well.
- Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, turn off the heat and let the rice sit for 10 minutes.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
