- 1 whole chicken
- 2 cups of rice
- 4 cloves of garlic

- 1 lime
- 1 bunch of coriander leaves
- 6 red chillies
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar

Method
- Wash the rice and set it aside to drain.
- Peel and chop the garlic and ginger.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the rice to the pot and stir it until the rice is coated with oil.
- Add 4 cups of chicken broth to the pot and bring it to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer the rice for 20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked.

- Season the chicken with salt and sugar.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
