Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken

Method

  1. Wash the rice and set it aside to drain.
  2. Peel and chop the garlic and ginger.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

  5. Add the rice to the pot and stir it until the rice is coated with oil.
  6. Add 4 cups of chicken broth to the pot and bring it to a boil.
