Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  3. Place the chicken in the mixing bowl with the spices. Rub the spices into the chicken until it is well coated. Set aside.

  8. Remove the chicken from the oven and remove the foil. Place the chicken on top of the cooked rice.
  9. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  10. Remove the baking dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
