- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Wash the rice thoroughly and soak in water for 30 minutes.

- Once the cumin seeds start to sizzle, add chopped onions and green chili. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.

- Add the soaked rice and water. Mix well and bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat and cover the pot with a lid. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the rice is almost done.
- Add chopped cilantro and mix well.
- Transfer the rice to an oven-safe pot and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked and the top is slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
